Mr. Recio's Class
Students will have a designated folder that will include their reading response menu as well as a monthly calender. They are to record their responses in their folder and it will be checked weekly. They will take home daily work and miscellaneous papers sent by the office. Behavior management can be tracked through the folder as well. Points will be added at the end of the week.
The 3 B's
These are the school-wide expectations. They help students be their very best in any given situation inside and outside of the school environment. They are to be safe, be respectful, and be responsible.
The 3 B's continue into the third grade classroom's and are more specific in each room. To be safe in the classroom students must keep their hands and feet to themselves, use walking feet, and have 4 on the floor (regarding the 4 legs on their chair). To be respectful students must be listening to speaker by giving 5, use kind words, and treat others as you would like to be treated. Finally, to be responsible students must do their job, and take care of themselves.
